If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below for guidance on returning or exchanging items.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 5 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for returns. Sale or clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
- For hygiene reasons, certain products such as hair brushes, combs, wigs, and hair extensions cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.
- Jewelry and bags sales are final. NO Return or Exchange.
Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order. You can reach us by email at paradisehairbeautysupply@gmail.com or by phone at 610-522-2201. Please provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible.
- Include the RA number on the outside of the package and include a copy of the original invoice or receipt inside the package.
- Ship the return to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or defective.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process mentioned above.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process the exchange within 5 business days, subject to product availability.
- If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
- No Cash Refund Exchange Only.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide detailed information and, if possible, attach photos of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for the return of the damaged or defective item and provide you with a replacement.
